Will taxes/duties be charged upon delivery?
We usually will mark gift and low volume when we ship you the item. However, there is a still a chance you might get tax by your local post office or government.
What if I found that the size does not fit?
Email us right away and tell us your problem, and we will reply you with a solution in not more than 2 days. Keep the package intact for return.
What if I found out that the item have defects after recieving it?
All item are new and come straightly from the factory outlet. Usually we will check the item before shipping, and any items with stained, ripped, torned, missing buttons and loose threads will be discarded.
Therefore we hold no responsibility if the item is damage during the shippment.
What if I recieve the wrong color of the item?
Keep the oirginal package and keep it intact. Contact us through email and follow the intructions that we provide to make and exchange of the wrong item.
Are all shippment fees included?
The price listed for the items on this website includes the first time shipment fees. That is, if further shipment is needed (such as returning of the wrong or defected items), we will need charge the our customers.
